Phil

With over 22 years of experience as a REALTOR®, assisting clients in the purchase and sale of residential, acreage, land and investment properties, as well as personally as an investor in real estate, Phil brings a multitude of skills to his clients in the Calgary real estate market. He has lived in numerous homes in the Westside area including Christie Park, Aspen Woods, and Springbank Hill (including the first home built here in 1998).

Well-versed in negotiation, Phil is dedicated to meeting and exceeding your expectations. His goal is to assist the buyer to the fullest in their real estate endeavours. The relationship between a home buyer and their agent is based on trust, shared goals and understanding.

Steve

Steve is a lifetime Calgarian and University of Calgary graduate (BComm). He has deep roots on the westside of the city, having resided in Coach Hill, Strathcona Park, Discovery Ridge, West Springs, and Springbank Hill.

With his background as an accomplished oil and gas executive with over 20 years of experience focused on business development and commercial negotiations, he brings an established and extensive network of relationships, built on the undercurrents of knowledge, passion, discretion and integrity.

Having run both public and private companies, he has a keen understanding of the economic landscape on a macro and micro basis, and its impact on the local real estate market.

His favourite thing about being a Realtor® is connecting with clients on a personal level, not just being focused on a successful transaction.
